This old shoemaker's house, on 2 floors, was restored in 2015 with healthy and ecological materials, respectful of the environment. Hemp wool on the roof, a lime / hemp coating to insulate the walls, Fermacell and wood wool in partitions, local wood for floors, paneling and joinery, paints and natural coatings. We have chosen to entrust this restoration to local artisans and to favor the short chain. The cottage located in the heart of the village close to shops is independent. It has a small private garden of 40 m2 and a douglas terrace of 12 m2 on the south side, with a view of the valley. An outbuilding houses the pellet heating, the silo and allows you to store your bikes, for example. It is accessible from the alley.
